Exhibitions
The Inverness County Centre for the Arts put together another great exhibition with the 2017 Hands Dancing show. This is always a unique show where they highlight pieces from their members. At the end of the evening there is a live auction of some of the member pieces. Always a great show!
I love getting to Inverness to check out the exhibition openings. The Inverness Centre for the Arts has been hosting some really fantastic shows, events, programs and workshops. We are very lucky to have this place. Here are some images from the opening night for EXTREMEs and Tangible. Really great work!
In 2015 I was a part of a travelling exhibition with two other local photographers, Bob Martin and Romeo Martin. We started early in the year at the J. Franklin Wright Gallery in the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre and then later at the Inverness County Centre for the Arts. It was a great experience in curating my work and collaborating with other artists. I also took part in my first artist's talk.
